Terms & Policies
RESERVATION POLICIES:
Payment for services is requested immediately following each appointment in the form of cash, most major credit cards, Venmo, or Paypal. Gift certificates are available upon request and can be emailed recipient or in the form of a physical gift certificate.
Each treatment is customized to each clients specific needs, and must be scheduled at least one day in advance to allow adequate time to create a treatment plan.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I request all cancellations be made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, and failure to do so may result in a re-booking fee of 40$
Late arrival policy:
Though I do my best to accommodate and extend your appointment time should you arrive late, in many cases I have clients scheduled after your appointment and cannot cut into their service time or necessary time in between sessions. You are encouraged to plan ahead and anticipate traffic and unforeseen circumstances, and take full advantage of the tranquility of the spa amenities including a steam room and luxurious showers should you arrive early.
FACILITIES:
Please allow yourself ample time for parking and arriving at suite 222 at The Gardens. Parking privately on site is available for 3$ cash per hour, though street parking is typically available at no cost, or at meters, as well. We are fully wheelchair accessible.
