Program Terms & Conditions
Long-lasting, sustainable results are built by consistency and empowering you to understand your own body, which is why I recommend an intensive treatment program to stop pain from returning. In our customized program, we will have an appointment scheduled every 7-14 days that will be tailored to address your personal needs, and we will be on this schedule for 6-8 weeks.
Monthly appointments are typically recommended after this to maintain results, and we will create a home care plan with regular exercises, stretches, and self myofascial to empower you to address concerns in between treatments and better understand your body’s needs.
Treatment Transfer: Treatments purchased under this contract are non-transferable. They are intended solely for the use of the named purchaser and cannot be transferred or shared with any other individuals.
Expiration: All treatments must be utilized within 60 days from the date of purchase. Any unused treatments after this period will become void and non-refundable.
Non-Refundable: Treatments that have expired are non-refundable. There will be no reimbursement or extension of the expiration date unless expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
No-show & Late Cancellations: Treatments canceled after the 24 hour cancellation will be deducted from treatments purchased in an individual's package to serve as the late cancellation fee.
By purchasing treatments under this contract, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions regarding treatment transfer and expiry.
